The Kids Can Write Club At George Mason was the Second Chapter of Kids Can Write as a whole. It was founded in January 2023 by Kloe Truvan, Gazal Arora, Morgan Kahn, and Neha Kannan. This Chapter is currently running a regular KCW program at Daniels Run, tutoring 10 students in their first program!

Meet The Leadership Team!

Communications Coordinator, Founding Member & Tutor / Neha Kannan

Hi! My name is Neha and I am a sophomore at George Mason University currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in IT. I am super excited for this chapter and I cannot wait to see all of the books published at the end! In my free time I love to spend time outside with my friends and sing in the car badly. I also love to spend time sleeping in and cuddling next to my doggie.

Logistics Coordinator, Founding Member & Tutor / Morgan Kahn

Hello! My name is Morgan Kahn. I am a student at George Mason University pursuing a major in Psychology with a concentration in Human Factors and Applied Cognition. I am thrilled to be a founding member of this club and to witness the impact we will make. Outside of school, I enjoy reading books, creating music playlists, and playing with my dogs! :)

Membership Coordinator, Founding Member & Tutor / Gazal Arora

My name is Gazal and I am a sophomore at George Mason with a degree in Psychology on the Pre-Physician Assistant path. Outside of school, I like to explore new places especially restaurants. I’m really excited to be part of this club because I love reading books and want to help others write them as well!
